Employees, officers and directors of August Schell Brewing Company ("Sponsor" and "Game Administrator"), their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, web masters and web suppliers (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [children, spouse, parents, siblings] and individuals residing in their same household, whether or not related) are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor which are final and binding in all respects.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Promotion begins 12:00:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) September 9, 2010 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. CT on January 3, 2010 (the "Promotional Period"). A Week begins at 9:00:00 a.m. CDT/CT on a Tuesday and ends at 5:59:59 a.m. CDT/CT on the next Tuesday (a "Week"); internet transactions must be received and recorded by Game Administrator's computer during Promotional Period. The Game Administrator's computer is the official clock for this Promotion. Participants may register (see Rule #3) and begin selecting their Team roster (see Rule #4) during the Preview Period.

3. TO PARTICIPATE

Visit www.grainbelt.com (the "Website") during the Promotional Period, and follow the online registration instructions to create your Grain Belt Premium "Crush Charch Challenge" account ("Account"). Participants will be required to provide their full name and e-mail address and create a username and password. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their name and e-mail address information is current. Participants may update their name and e-mail address information by accessing the Website and following the online instructions. Neither Sponsor, Game Administrator nor their respective agencies are responsible for failure to contact participants due to incorrect or inaccurate e-mail addresses. Each participant is responsible for the security of his/her username and password. Participants should take precautions to keep his/her username and password private to prevent unauthorized use. Neither Sponsor, Game Administrator nor its respective agencies are responsible for any losses, damages or consequences that participants may suffer due to careless or unauthorized use of a username and password. There is no charge for creating an Account. Any other form of Internet or e-mail entry/participation is void. Participants can participate at any time during the Promotional Period, EXCEPT, with respect to each individual football player, participants cannot access a football player for the time period beginning one-hour prior to the start of such football player's first professional football game for that Week through the end of that Week (subject to change based on broadcast schedule). Limit one (1) Account per person/e-mail address. Any attempt by any person to create more than one Account by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, or any other methods will void all of that person's Accounts and that person will be disqualified.

4. HOW TO PLAY

Leagues: After properly creating an Account on the Website, participants will create a "Team". Each Team must consist of 2 Quarterbacks, 4 Running Backs, 4 Wide Receivers, 2 Tight End and 2 Kickers.

5. EARNING POINTS

At the end of each Week, Game Administrator will use the individual football player results from the regularly scheduled professional football games for that Week to award points to each Team in which the individual football player is a member. Points awarded to a Team will be allocated to the applicable participant's Account. The Game Administrator will use the official results and decisions of the organization responsible for governing the league of United States of America professional football teams when awarding points. Weekly points shall be awarded as follows:

6. HOW TO WIN

Eligible participants whose respective Team earns more points during the then current week than the listed Team selected by Paul Charchian will be listed a winner. For each point scored during the then current week that is greater than the selected Team of Paul Charchian will equal one ticket in the weekly drawing (see Rule #7). Overall Season Prize: At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, all weekly winner participants will be invited to a reception for the drawing of the Grand Prizes (see Rule #7). Tiebreaker: In the event that the participant Team ties the selected Team from Paul Charchian, there will be NO ticket awarded to that participant's Team in that weekly drawing.

7. PRIZES

Weekly Prize: For each point scored during the then current week that is greater than the selected Team of Paul Charchian will equal one ticket into that particular weekly drawing. Example:

Participant's Team = 140 points
Paul Charchian's Team = 135 points

Participant is awarded 5 tickets into that particular weekly drawing. Fractions of points are rounded up, creating an additional ticket. For example, a participant who outscores Paul Charchian's Team by 5.3 points will be awarded six tickets. After all awarded tickets from all weekly participants are finalized, a random participant name will be drawn as that particular weekly winner.

Weekly Prize: 1. Grain Belt Premium Leather Varsity Jacket and 2. A football autographed by Paul Charchian
Each weekly winner will be notified via e-mail. Prizes may be sent to each weekly winner via US Mail.

Overall Season Prizes:
At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, all weekly winner participants will be invited to a reception for the drawing of the Grand Prizes (Manny's Steakhouse, Downtown Minneapolis, MN). Each weekly winning participant and the overall season points winner (one winner from each week beginning September 14th, 2010 to January 4, 2011 and the overall winner = 18 winners) will be awarded one entry in the Grand prize drawing. Reception attendance is required for eligibility for the Grand Prizes. The date of the reception will be announced no later than one month before the reception.
Grand prizes are:
Grand prize = $2,000.00
2nd Prize = $1,000.00 MLT Travel Voucher (not redeemable for cash).

Unclaimed prizes become the property of the Game Sponsor.

8.WINNER NOTIFICATION

Weekly winners must be present at the winner reception (Manny's Steakhouse, Downtown Minneapolis, MN) to be eligible for the Grand Prizes. All costs associated with travel to the winner reception are the responsibility of the participant.

9.CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, Game Administrator, their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property, or rights of publicity or privacy, slander, libel, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize; and (b) except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting with or under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes, at any time or times, without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. Prize winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of date of notification, except that the winner of the Overall Season Prize will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of date of notification. 10.LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Neither Sponsor, Game Administrator, nor their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, web masters and web suppliers are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, non-delivered, postage due, damaged or unintelligible entries, mail or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry, player selection, or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Entries or player selection(s) generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor, Game Administrator, nor their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, web masters and web suppliers are responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Should any portion of Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, and select winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
