Winners were determined by combination of 'PEOPLE'S VOTE' via the internet, and by 'JUDGE's SCORES' from a panel of professionals in film, TV, art, advertising and digital crafts.
The winners were announced at a showing of all entries at the RITZ THEATER in Northeast Minneapolis,
Wednesday night, January 12, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.
